The entity encoding in these weird (Java?) generated URLs can get messed up. When I searched for the doc itself in FF, IBM returned another one ending in %252Fak04860_.htm rather than %2Fak04860_.htm Probably best to reference the canonical URL cited at the bottom of the resource's entry
