I want to discuss a problem that I've got when my Firefox was automatically
updated to version 17 or so, I think. After that any changes that I make in

Thanks Scott,
I know that doing the display none you suggest won't work because it will
make it invisible whether there are tags or not, and obviously I want it
visible when there are tags.
I tried .tagged .tiddlyLinkNonExisting {display:none;}, but that did not

Unfortunately I still can't get my options to save when I open my file on
Chrome.
For example, my name keeps returning to YourName.

If you install the TiddlyFox firefox add-on, this should allow you to save.
I am using Firefox 18 and got the same message that you did. I installed
TiddlyFox yesterday and now saving my TiddlyWiki works perfectly.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried importing the CookieSaverPlugin but couldn't get it to work.
Setting the PersistentOptions manually is just not practical.
I'm an early adopter and I have no problems with trying new things.
I'm actually a very technical person, but it seems that in order to use
I just discovered TiddlyWiki tonight. So obviously I must be using the
latest and greatest code. It appears TiddlyWiki is at version 2.7.0. I
also got the latest TiddlyFox extension which is 1.0alpha3. When all was
said and done I shut down Firefox and restarted.
The thing is, every time I
