Alt-F in most browsers search in current page. If only one tiddler is
visible - Hey presto.
Use the search SearchOptionsPluginInfo for fine control during search
including searching all open tiddlers and I love this when integrated with
the gotoplugin (an its search option)

If the tiddler is open, just use the browsers search mechanism.
