This problem is not related with Tiddlywiki. The same problem appears
during viewing some of the other websites too. Probably because of dev
version of Chrome. Thanks.

After I scroll down the right side of the screen starts to disappear from
the bottom to the top, first the right side menu then the version number.
As I scroll up it starts to appear again. Sometimes the version number with
red background appears on the middle of the screen twice, or the right
