to the levels of JS and CSS used
TiddlyWiki5 targets modern HTML5-compatible browsers. For the desktop, the
result is that it works fine in versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari from
the last two or three years.

let you drill down by feature, but i'm not sure what level of materials are
being used in TW5. i ask because it seems the perfect way to create
