They are clickable. Tap on the citation if you are on touch screen or hove
the mouse (other screen)
a tooltip shows the author-year-title, autor is clickable and take you to
the bibtex entry (bibliography tiddler)

Hello Mohammad,
I've been using the footnotes feature of refnotes exclusively, but not the
refs feature. In looking through your examples, it appears that the
references that appear are not clickable to take you to that bibtex entry.
