It's been about 6 months of using TiddlyWiki everyday and it has

This is my first time using a wiki style note taking tool - and - the
first time I've ever built up this many notes - 250+ tiddlers

.header, .headerShadow .headerForeground will also affect the site
title and site subtitle.
See the PageTemplate for more insight as to why.

To clarify and may be attract some helping people, I would like to

macro. So users could read every tiddler but only edit journal
tiddlers. Any one an advice of the way I must search for ?
Thank you.
Thanks for the hint!!!

Hi,
I'm searching for a method to view a persons age in a tiddler. Let's
say the person whas bord 20 apr 1645 and died 30 nov 1715. How old is
that person in years, month and days? Even if the person is still
alive today it should show the persons present age.
TIA.

There's no way to do this at present.
It's a useful idea though. I have logged an issue here:

Lucky for you I've been working on that for my family tree vertical.

The code is below - hope this is a good starting point.

Off topic but actually mGTD has some pretty nice sequenced actions now

Keep a back up! thats the first and foremost if you have so much data.
Other than this I don't think TW is prone to any wear and tear or even
residual build up of any file data outside or inside the TW file.

Hi,
Ok :) thanks alot...but,
I'm a novice you know. How do I use it in a tiddler? I've saved the
macro/script as a new tiddler with the name AgeMacro and tagged it
systemConfig (don't know if it has to). Can you give an example?
Thanks again :)

Oh ok sorry!
So yep tag it with systemConfig and it will become a plugin.
At the moment it is hardwired to look for a field called 'dob' and
'dod' on the tiddler it is called from.
These fields must have dates in the format MMDD.
How are you planning to use it?

I managed to isolate the main reason for this bug, and to find a

The upgrade was performed on Windows.
Workaround: The wiki has to be first saved once on Windows before
performing the upgrade.

I am using TiddlyWiki again after having been away from it for a

I don't think there is a good solution other than be very careful.
Syncing is something that MonkeyGTD is pretty weak at.
I tend to work with a downloaded Tiddlyspot site. You get the
advantages of instant local saves and backups and can use upload to
Tiddlyspot as a 'sync to the cloud' type
