drop feature to add the d3 plugin into it: it works perfectly now!

That's a brilliant idea - perhaps the cleanest way to do it would be that
dragging one of the coloured tag pills between wikis would copy the tag
tiddler itself and all the tiddlers that it tags. I'll have a think about
the best way to implement that...
