I don't know if this is unique to me, but Chrome (68.0.3440.106) has just
started blocking the twitter plugin for tweet expansion.
According to devtols, error seems to be in the download of
https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
which is being blocked by the client!
Perhaps this is due to Go
Perhaps use the Node.js Tiddlywiki - tiddlers are then stored in individual
files and (I assume) loaded only on demand.

Thanks for your advice. There wasn't a $__core.tid file in the tiddlers
folder. So in the end I used this recipe!
- I created a new empty server-based wiki
- Started the server and opened it in a browser
- Installed the non-standard plugins I had in my original wiki
- Created a singl
That's what I want to do, but aside from dragging each tiddler into a new
blank wiki one by one, I have found no documented way to do this. All the
docs talk about single file wikis.

I'm sure that this must be an FAQ but I couldn't find an answer!
When I first created my journal wiki, I used the tiddlywiki node.js tool
version 5.1.15.
I have since upgraded using 'npm update' and I am now running the 5.1.17
version of the server.
However, In the wiki control panel, for my
Hi Jeremy
I think I replied privately and as I can't see my reply, I am assuming it
didn't work!
My wiki is under version control and the commit at which it started to fail
was this
one:
https://github.com/cpjobling/journal.cpjobling.net/commit/d9ca5042ddb4a6c916393a45286f54ff6565
I rebuilt the wiki from a new fresh version using drag and drop and copy
and paste ... but I'd still like to know what went wrong.

The only indication that something may not be right is the message *hasMetaFile

One of my TW5 server wikis has gotten into a weird state in which tiddlers
have become replaced by full file paths. For example
tiddler wiki/tiddlers/10th January 2018.tid is appearing as a file
/Users/me/.../wiki/tiddlers/10th
January 2018.tid with header:

Very useful ... just watched the introduction and will add a To Do to watch

Yes it worked. Thanks again.
I used Classic TiddlyWiki in anger some time ago but I'm new to TW5 and
just starting to get my head around how it all works!

Thanks Mario and Jeremy for looking into this for me. I'll update my repo

Is there a workable workflow that allows you to run TW5 as a server on your
desktop or laptop, pack-up and move to Quine when mobile, then merge changes
with server when you get back to base?
I have my server wiki on Dropbox so the tiddly files are available.
The docs imply that you can archive

I'm using the "Empty Edition" of TiddlyWiki 5.1.15 and generating a static
version of my wiki for hosting on GitHub pages. The command being used is:
tiddlywiki wiki --build
All seems well, but the static images that get generated seem to be corrupt
and end up as broken images in the static si
I see from the documentation that there's a flag for setting the default
author at startup but is there a way to specify the default author in the
*tiddlywiki.info* file?
A supplementary question" is the *tiddlywiki.info* file documented anywhere?
