After realizing that my Tiddlywiki error was not related to the OS (in
this case Fedora Linux), I then knew that it was a Firefox issue.
Epiphany opened and saved Tiddlywiki files perfectly. I first
though I'm not
using Ubiquity to manage the tiddlywiki files. I'm not sure if that
would lead to issues.
I also have not tried flushing all of my personal data under Firefox,
would that be helpful?

Okay, update.
I did install Epiphany and so far the Tiddlywiki files are opening and
working fine, and they are saving there too. I might be back in
business with Epiphany until I can figure out what has gone wrong in
Firefox 3.0.
Any further thoughts on this issue?
