Hi Lost Admin
Happy to see my TW-daughter featured on your baby project :–)
And it is o.k. you call me TE – I recognized myself instantly.
Happy parenting and adopting everyone!

Ciao Lost Admin
Thank you for that detailed outlay.
Truly I think better knowing what people are doing with TW and its
"Children" will do masses to get it appreciated more. Both by "us"and by
"them" (potential new users).
And your Bonus Point bears repeating ...

If it makes you feel any better Josiah (can I just call you Joss?),
As a result of you all teaching me how to do things with TiddlyWiki I have
5 separate "daughter" wikis. 4 are doing quite well and 1 is still a baby.
Only the baby is truely public for you to see.
1) A Wiki to help me keep

I agree with this and it is possibly a huge problem. One problem is that we
don't know if it is a huge problem. One problem we *do* know is that we
don't have the tools for such assessment.
I
Ciao Greg
Its likely mostly because I use a format most people never do. I have three
desktop screens. One always in portrait. Its very good for bringing out the
devil you never thought you had :-).

Thanks Josiah,
Intersting, at 320 by 480 and 360 by 640 and 768 by 1024 in "Reponsive
Design Mode" it goes into TiddlyWiki's default "mobile mode" with menu over
content. At least that happens on my PC.
It has been awhile since discussions on designing for mobile (phone) use. I
don't remember
rather than bleed it gets cut in portrait. its not a big deal. what ratio
is the USER using? That is what matters unless they want folk reading it on
mobile phones.

I think if you toggle to the menu in the right sidebar, it is useable. At
least appears to be when viewed in small portrait screen in Firefox's
Redponsive Design Mode.

They work well on standard widescreens (in portrait not so good as your get
bleed form the menu). Its good to see them though! The MAIN point is they
do what the user needs.
I wish we got to see these everyday. Everyday they are used.

Hello Josiah,
Well, if you're looking for examples of Tiddlywikis. Helped a friend create
a couple. They don't quite follow standard TiddlyWiki design, they grew
bigger than I initially envisioned. (They also need some updating.) They
were meant to be downloaded for reference off-line. They

It could include that. But I was mostly thinking about the contradiction
between the "bespokeism" that we, in practice, strongly encourage,
contrasted with a paucity of tangible completed TWs to look at.
Given ALL the work that is going in daily to help folk solve issues there
is
Lol.
I'm obscure, I guess.
I kinda mean that we do much work in this group helping get a TW to work
(using the baseline of the standard release) ... but we RARELY see the
results in completed TWs.
I do think its an issue for wider uptake. I don't think most users want to
have to create a TW,
To take your question literally, you are asking about forks and spinoffs of
Tiddlywiki. Are there any that are active?
