I've packaged the whole thing into mGSDTicklerCalendarPlugin and added
ShadowTiddlers for minimal install steps.

I don't think there's an issue with it being dependant on
CalendarPlugin and such, and I've put notes
One slight update... I changed:
tags:'!Done'
to
tags:'!Done !Dismissed'
in CalendarWithTicklers. This gives a more accurate view of what's
outstanding. I've also updated the instructions Tiddler (above).
