Uwe, I believe you will need to use a button with a filter inside it and action widget(s). An Example similar to what you ask is https://tiddlywiki.com/#ActionDeleteTiddlerWidget which deletes the tiddlers in the filter, but you could rework this to use the actions ActionDeleteFieldWidget
