The first error message implies that the client didn't receive an etag header
in the response from saving a tiddler. That's sometimes caused by an
intervening proxy or firewall. Some privacy-oriented browser extensions block
etags.
The second error message shows that the client is

the noteself plugin or one of it's subcomponents. If you're not using it,

Sorry false alarm. Turns out it was a browser issue. The first two
lesser-known browsers I had used on my phone had the problem but when I
tried using the Android Chrome browser it worked fine, the same as with
Vivaldi, Chromium, and Falkon on Linux.

I stopped attempting to use TiddlyWiki single file in IE some time ago (IE
as a whole actualy) - preferring FireFox, perhaps others will have some
advice.
However if the Wiki can be accessed at an IP address your are unlikely to
have the same problem. Can you use nodejs, Bob even the
