Julio,
I am having trouble getting this to work. I see it was published in
tiddlywiki version *5.1.11*

Oh yeah! That is a really good add on. But since it already exists as a usable
separate tool, I'd advise others to use that in conjunction with the LCC.

I think this may help you...look for Top Story Tabs.
I use it on most of my personal wikis.

Or perhaps by new item you mean the different items within the actual canvas?
If so, I'm working on it.

Noted. I'll experiment and poke around.
As a side note, this problem of lost useful tw5 plugins is also another thing

Abraham,
Similar to the Open tab, yes, but there is a plugin (which I can't confirm
where just now) that provides tabs at the top of the story for each Open
tiddler, so you can access tiddlers that are already open while the sidebar
is closed.
Given this may be a user configurable component,
In afraid the confusing mechanism is a result of some discussion I had on
Twitter that showing a new tiddler draft containing the template code would
confuse tw5 newbies (this is aiming to cater to their needs).
This is a dirty way of obfuscating that. I'll think of something better ;)

And yes, a vertical tab view will be beneficial coming to think of it.

Yes, you got me there! I prefer keeping the sidebar closed constantly so this
is my wide view bias. I haven't figured out how to adequately squeeze in
everything without resorting to overflow scroll.
I'm glad you like it. It's a tool that I use a lot so expect some updates in
the near future.
Thanks TonyM. I assume the 3rd advise is something akin to what's under the
more tab, correct?

Hi Abraham,
Very nice application of Tiddlywiki! Some minor comments
1. a button to close project (so close all canvases and related tiddlers)
2. hide new item when the desired item is created. The current mechanism
is a bit confusing
3. open a canvas can also hide the sidebar to cov

Abraham,
This looks really good. Most impressive. I look forward to using it.
Some Quick Comments
- I immediately had to change sidebarlayout to fluid-fixed
- For me I had to stop the Zoomin view
- I would add a tiddler tabbing plugin to navigate
Thanks for your contribution.
