I've just pushed an update that attempts to use the current filename.
However, most browsers apart from Chrome ignore the specified filename in
practice.

I do have the jar in the same place. I didn't know the jar saver is
supposed to work with TW5.
Or you didn't notice the [TW5] in the beginning of my post headline.
