hope your insurance is paid up.
My gps antennas are about 25 above ground just above my roof line. The
mast is grounded to 2 ground rods and the coax fed through gas tube
lightning protects. No problems even with hits several hundred yards away.

Give kn5u in Texas a shout.
I purchased a 5335a from him that was well refurbished. Go to

Definitely would do business with him again.

Is that a function of the pdf file or the reader?
I've been using Foxit Phantom that will even search multiple pdf files

Good luck in your quest.

Thank you for the education. I didn't give it much thought the pdf file
could consist of a bunch of scanned pages.
Funny I can come up with some old ball trouble shooting of boat anchors
but not on this modern stuff.
Gotta look into this some more.

Luckily, I use PayPal for most of my online purchases.
In the rare event I use my credit card, Citibank supplies a program call
called virtual account numbers.
It creates for you a one time only credit card number.
This guarantees no one can grab your number and use it.

Is this saying my thunderbolt is dying or can this be fixed?

When I had the temp set at a higher gain and the offset to center the

Are the chips available anyplace? I do have a bit of experience of
soldering.
Thanks again.

If you search the web, someone used inductive coupling to the inductor
in the oscillator ckt of a 706. I don't recall if it had the high
precision osc in it. they were using the rig for satellite work.

If you do a web search for frequency divider or standard, there are
several good home brew type projects that are relatively simple and

Below are some of the sites I have visited. The first 2 explain more on
