[time-nuts] 5370B heatsink temperature

I just acquired my first HP 5370B off of ebay. After I had it running for 30 min to get it warm and start doing the checkout procedures in the manual i noticed that the heatsink was REALLY hot. I used my IR thermometer to check it and it read ~160F(71C). This seems excessively hot to me. What's
