Michael, We've had 2 situation of this type relating to tenure. One was just as you describe--masters required at time of hiring, later the requirement went up to PhD. They were grandfathered in, but all of them have since retired, so it's not a current issue. The other situation, you might find

Many of these concerns are also reasons I've not adopted it except for a few rare situations. However, it should be noted that the .edu license gave most of the higher level features without any cost. Also, if you are on a Mac you can print to pdf. Having not done that, I cannot attest to it

I don't know about that.but I do subscribe to a handedness theory of politics.It does appear that left-handed presidents initiate and maintain more social programs to help the poor than presidents who are right handed.Lefties seem to be more kind and compassionate and make better husbands.
