I was out of town for the holiday, so I have just read almost all of
this ex post facto. It looks like there are quite a few people, myself
included, willing to devote an appreciable amount of time to an informal
new group of "doc wrangers." When I originally jumped into this thread
early on, I ha

Most of this was under the assumption that there would be no one
volunteer to dedicate additional time and energy in a little cabal of
people to take the lead on organizing and standardizing Tomcat

Attached is the JDK1.2.2 listing. I also have a 1.3 JDK, so let me know
if you would like that one as well. I'd be happy to send it.
$MACHTYPE was not defined, at least on my RedHat 6.2 box. Dunno about
config.guess, although I have a reasonably old (3.3m1) Tomcat
installation on this machine.

If there is a jakarta-tomcat-connectors branch, it should probably
contain all of the connectors. When people hit the CVS tree and see a
connectors branch, that is where they will logically assume all of the
connectors are.

This is not the appropriate list for a JDBC question. This list is for
Tomcat-related questions. However, in answer to your question ...
I am surprised that this code works even in Access. The SQL you are

Parse it off of the getRequestURI() method.

I just attempted to grab the latest 3.x nightly source from the Jakarta
site. The link points to:

and cannot set up CVS on this box.)
Thanks ...

Hi Costin. I will definitely help in the documentation area, and will
probably assist with bug verification/tracking (if time permits).

First off, let me take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you
who has contributed to making Tomcat the great product that it is. I know
that gets said sometimes, but not nearly enough.
I have been a longtime lurker and occasional poster to this list. As a Java
