Well, the usage of getParameterNames or getParameterMap always has those problems.
Anybody can add something to the querystring and even http manipulation isn't that
hard. This is up to programmers' discretion I think.

I know I've taken several stabs at fixing this (e.g. submitting loads of
patches). And I know some of them broke more than fixed. However have
you reviewed the latest patch I did?
