While we're at the subject of fixing broken links, the README.txt link
on Tomcat 5's introduction page:
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-5.0-doc/introduction.html
is still broken --

I've fixed this in CVS and the site

Maybe it occurs because I upload the docs using a zip. I'll try to
improve this in the next release.
Good theory, I didn't check that. But I think for right now I'll
overwrite the PDFs on the site with the ones from CVS manually. Thanks,
