Can someone explain how to set Tomcat up to serve static pages. Also, has
anyone benchmarked how much slower it is than Apache?

Is the Tomcat Web Server intended for anything other than testing purposes?
It seems to be very reliable from my testing and I was wondering if anyone
has deployed it in a production environment.
How's it compare to Apache in performance?

Can you define how the 'priority level' affects the loading of the DLL. IIS
doesn't even attempt to load the DLL from what I can tell. I've added
DebugBreak() statements and they are never encountered.
