At least in our case, we want Tomcat to show JSP pages, for IIS cannot serve this kind
of dinamic content. So, IIS takes care of normal html files (static ones), and Tomcat
of the dinamic JSP pages. (although we haven't been able yet to make it work properly)

users, try using realms to authenticate users. You could also use a Remote
Address or Remote Host filter to restrict access to only specific I/P

-- the JDBC driver as downloaded is not the jar to be put in Tomcat. It's
actually a zip file with the real .JAR plus source plus docs. Unzip it and

At the moment I am running an tomcat in combination with Apache. However
there is no reason to use Apache, except that I use webalizer to
generate web site stats. My question is: is it possible to configure
Tomcat (3.2 and 4.0) in such a way that I can continue to use webalizer?

I've got jakarta-ant installed- and I've got tomcat working.
I want to rebuild tomcat so that it supports SSL. I've got all of the SSL
stuff needed-(per the how to configure SSL document) I just don't know how

I just decided to move to the J2EE architecture. I was previously working
with Apache / Jserv . I was wondering if there is an easy
to migrate all my servlets to Tomcat with a lot of code manipulation.
