You can't. They depend on internal changes in the connector, host, and
other core elements that are not backwards portable.

I think the answer was, You can't. Not, if you change some libraries
it might work.

manager under server/webapps/manager and status
I have copied them to tomcat4 (the same directory), but they do not work.
