Hello all,

following is a short summary of the visit of Nosy and I in the datacenter last 
week:
After some access-problems and some waiting, we worked in the datacenter at 
Wednesday and Friday with the help of Mutante from the WMF (thanks again!). We 
moved Ortelius from the WMF-rack to the toolserver-rack, and localised the 
hardware-problem of Yarrow, regained access  to the managment-console of the 
SAN-switch, and tried to revitalize the managment-console of Nightshade 
(without succcess).
Because of some delivery-problems we were not able to install all hardware we 
planed to do, so the disc-space-shortage was not fixed and a new visit in few 
weeks will be necessary (sorry guys). I will send an eMail when we know 
details.

[Toolserver-l] Extraordinary maintenance this week

Hello all,

Nosy and I will be in Haarlem (NL) this week (thursday and friday) to perform 
hardware-maintenance on the TS; several services or servers will be down 
during the maintaince and there will be no schedular what will be down when. 
We will try to be in the IRC and announce there, but I can not promise that. 
We hope that the TS will be avaiable completly during the night-hours (23-6 
URC), but it can happen that some parts where missing.

Our goal is it the expand the disc-capacity of the TS and add some redudancy. 
Also we will repair some stuff and will do much of documentation.
