At my /1 QTH (Loc OI33TG), I can put up four single wire Beverage antennas to four directions, each at about 660ft in length, averagely. But, since our hamshack is close to two big and tall (213 ft in height, each) self support towers, I need your advise on how close -or what minimum distance -

Topband: VK4XQA 160/80m operation this weekend - Top band CW frequency change!

As you all will know by now, We (Gary VK4FD, John VK4TL, myself and a few other TREC members) as VK4XQA are running a combined 160/80M operation which is happening over a long weekend of 18/19/20/12 November 2011. Our published frequencies are 1825KHz for CW and 1845 for SSB / AM operations.

There is a helpful thread discussing this very subject at http://www.eham.net/ehamforum/smf/index.php/topic,78887.msg554442.html. Are these towers your 160 transmitting antennas? You want to get the Beverages as far away from the towers as possible, even if you have to shorten the Beverages to do
