As some of you might have noticed the tor network recently
lost a noticeable number of relays and bridges as seen in the
metrics.tpo relay graphs (0.7% cw fraction).

please do not forget to set your "MyFamily" configuration parameter on all your
relays,
so Tor clients are not at risk of using your relays in multiple positions in a
single circuit.
