I just did some more extensive work in TortoiseSVN and found this things:
1. link to translation status on https://tortoisesvn.net/translation.html
pointing to Translation status page
(https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/tortoisesvn) seems to be
broken/outdated it
I'm continuing to investigate point 2. Seems it is more complex, then
thought. I will try to summarize later. Just one question does nightly have
changes in processing hooks compared to 1.14.3?
