Call Vonage support. Ask them how/why this is happening and how to
prevent it from happening again. ;)
Their equipment, their service, their problem.

Good News: Your suggested test was successful. The correct IP was
obtained. The delay in my response was caused by the fact that I had to
again recycle the modem and router in order to get back on the internet.
However the correct IP was retained and Touch is now able to communicate
with

test was successful. The correct IP and DNS, as you specified was
obtained. The test disconnected the internet so I had to recycle the
model and wireless router to get back on the net...also required to hook
up the Vonage

Are all devices connected through a single router? Touch using WiFi?
Are you certain you are connecting Touch to your WiFi? Not a neighbors
WiFi with the same SSID name?
What happens when you select My Music on the Touch? Does it offer a
switch to your local SBS
Yes all devices are on one router. I wasn't using ipeng or squeeze play
when i tried using my touch

when i select my music i get this message to enable my music do the
following -download squeezebox server from mysqueezebox.com

i got it figured out, for whatever reason i opened ipeng on my ipod and
seen my SB touch was on there so i switched it from mysqueezebox.com to
my music library and everything works now

I just got my squeeze box touch and i'm having problems getting it to
connect to my SB sever.
I have been using squeeze play with no problem and most of the time
ipeng with my itouch works.
i set it up on mysqueezebox.com account and i can play internet radio,
i just cannot access my library
