I'm using the internal server of the Touch, together with my music
collection on a USB stick. My stored favorites on the Touch are a
handful of radio stations. Now I want to add an additional radio station
to this list. However, as I can not find this station with the search

You will need to add the entire URL like http//:www.x.com
This URL must be the actual direct stream URL, not just the web page of
the station.

It seems to me that there is a web page that will convert station's call
letters into its url. I.m not sure what that web page address is but I
remember using it a while back. Someone here will let us know, I bet.

there's a program, URL Snooper, that you can use to determine the
streaming URL while you have the station's player playing. (It runs in
the background while you use your browser on the station.)
