Oh players can always be wifi in the wol scenario ,it's usually the
server that's needs to be on Ethernet ..

Yes the PC falls asleep .
If you continue to play music does it stay connected ? And then you have
to wake the PC next time you want to play music ?
Then there is WOL ( wake on LAN ) a setting in the PC's network card
that lets it be waken by network activity . Squeezebox players are so
nifty

You've been a huge asset in the past so I thought I'd try again. Please
excuse my lack of PC savvy...
Here's my issue. Unless I run upstairs and "refresh" my LMS server on
my PC, the Touch can't connect and doesn't "see" the PC.
Even though I have checked "leave LMS running"
