NVIDIA driver makes internet very slow

Err, besides that, accepting files via bluetooth IS broken.
Even though Receive files over bluetooth, at random times it starts rejecting
all files again.
The workaround is to switch Receive files over bluetooth off and then on
again. That fixes the issue, at least for me.

The problem is an xorg.conf corrupted file created automatically.
To use X you have to:
1) boot the system (you have only the command line)
2) remove the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf
3) issue the command sudo startx
Noe the GUI works; but you have to do this everytime
happens on min mate 17.1 . Usualy if I log out and back in it will
connect.

The sound system has now taken on a new personality of its own.
The internal speakers appear in the Play sound through list of Output
pane of System Settings Sound along with Headphones, built-in audio
(even though there are no headphones connected. The Test Sound button
works on both these

It has been so long and now I no longer use Ubuntu 13.04. I can't
reproduce it in 14.04.
