I have this problem too with a bluetooth mouse (magic mouse or logitech
mouse) using Mavericks or Yosemite, and usign LTS 12.04 64

can you run "dpkg -l | grep libcairo" and copy the output there? It
looks like you installed libcairo2 from trusty-updates but you are
running utopic. Maybe you did that before upgrading your distribution?
