Well, I suppose the problem is that the monitor simply rejects
refreshing at 0,60Hz. According to unity8 it does create a second screen
etc., so I suspect the device screen changes to "virtual touchpad", but
nothing's displayed on the external screen because of the crazy refresh
rate.

We hit this bug also with DT and we noticed that moving conditional options
(those below) in the global section solve the problem, so we worked around
changing dhcp.conf template.

Well, perl-base is still not multiarch-friendly in Xenial. Same in
Debian Testing (no surprise).
