works for me, but the patch proposed (I added the files), do not seem to
be working after reboots. Currently I have to run the command above

The bug happens only while building image using Docker from docker.io package.
Tested docker.io package versions from Ubuntu 18.04 LTS to 20.10.

I have sorted this out by using the following from another post:
sudo service sddm stop
sudo apt remove libqt5quick5-gles
sudo apt install libqt5quick5
sudo service sddm start
For me, when removing libqt5quick5-gles, libqt5quick5 was automatically
install, so line 3 wasn't needed. Not sure why it
