namespace from being setup, but systemd continues on after:

Thanks. I missed that ProcessSizeMax= only affects the generation of the
stack trace (but not the core dump file generation).
I set ProcessSizeMax=10K and the core is not stored:

I think the setting you are looking for is ExternalSizeMax=[1]. The
ProcessSizeMax=[2] seems to clarify this as well:
"The maximum size in bytes of a core which will be processed. Core dumps
exceeding this size may be stored, but the stack trace will not be
generated."

We did not fix this CVE in Ubuntu because we do not build the impacted binaries
(we use --disable-chfn-chsh). However, some users are known to build their own
binaries from this Ubuntu source and therefore could be impacted.

/etc/netplan/90-NM-X.yaml manually?
Those special values for the MAC address should have been handled by the
networkmanager.passthrough.cloned-mac-address=random setting for you..

when trying to delete neighbor entries that aren't there anymore even
though the `-force` option is active.
$ ip -force -b /dev/stdin
