The onlt workaround that seems to work is to remove speakers from paired
devies, restart buetooth service and connect them once again. Once these stepss
are performed connection become stable until reboot or hibernation.

So i'm back with a better workaround.
First I enabled the intel driver like I specified in my first point.(this

home folder like you suggested and added the text, mine was HDMI3.

I also observed that changing the DPI solves the issue on most distros I tried.

credit goes to the original poster.
My contribution was only to change the DRI setting to 3 not "false"
because this caused slowdown.

I think I see the issue. We parse both Content-Length: and Content-
Range: headers.
When parsing the Content-Range: header, we set Size to the total size of
the file.
If the Content-Length header comes last, we reset Size to the size of
the data we are receiving, not the total size of the file.

Hi,
I often work with remote machines through VMWare Horizon Client.
Whenever I use shortcuts with the Super key inside a remote machine,
Unity thinks I'm long-pressing it, and shows me the Shortcut Hints
Overlay, and also highlights icon numbers in the Unity Launcher. The
I've seen this a few times. It appears to be an issue with recovering
partially downloaded files, and my workaround was to rm
/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*

Wow! I thought that this bug was corrected about three years ago!
Since 2012 I do not use my big computer as WiFi router, so this
problem was disappeared from my horizon...

bfd/elfcode.h, bfd_from_remote_memory:

Of course it's the actual section headers at that offset. Now the
question is, should we fix bfd_from_remote_memory so it can read

I see what is going on, but don't know how to fix it yet.
Gdb must be checking for program headers that are marked load or
segments that are marked allocate (not exactly sure what yet). The
.symtab and .strtab are not, because normally they are not loaded into
memory.
