The most painful thing in Ubuntu 18.04. The search functionality is
terrible when I just want to navigate to certain folder/file in a long
list.

Public bug reported:
El error se produjo cuando quise usar el sudo apt-get upgrade,
probablemente porque tuve que interrumpir el proceso de instalación
apagando el CPU pero pensé que podia retomarlo desde donde quedo.

Thank you Brian.
I removed all the suspicious PPAs using ppa-purge (sudo apt-get install

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa (just in case you had disabled the

Public bug reported:
I was happily using 14.04 with my Lenovo Y50. When I installed it, I had
some troubles making my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 2GB works with hardware
acceleration, etc, but at the end everything was OK.
THIS WEEK (around 02/25/2015) an update destroyed this beautiful
equilibrium:
I'm seeing xserver-xorg-video-intel already installed. It needed an
update which I did. Currently, running kernel 3.16.0-24-generic and have
been experiencing consistently many system hangs. Can move the mouse
pointer, even flash videos continue playing because can hear the sound
but the entire
