Only the Requires= will make it fail, no Wants=
A weaker version of Requires=. Units listed in this option will be started
if the
configuring unit is. However, if the listed units fail to start or cannot
be added to
the transaction, this has no impact on the validity of the

Wants=/Requires= would cause lxc-net to not start if network-
online.target is missing or if it fails. We only want to start after it
if it does exist, which is what After does.
