Fixing this (the permissions of the .crash file) in the apport code for
recoverable_problem is not possible given who recoverable_problem is
running as.
I tried having recoverable_problem use os.chown(report_path,
pidstat.st_uid, gid) and this ended up creating a crash in
recoverable_problem.
I also tried to change the owner in whoopsie-upload-all and that created

Most of these problems were fixed by replacing NetworkManager with WICD.
NetworkManager was actually losing the connection with the printers,

I have a branch that I started the implementation of support for basics
emoji (smiles only).
On this branch you will be able to see any basic emoji that you
received, and send using combinations of chars like :) :( :'( (that will
be translated to the correct unicode, before send the message) .
Any fix or alternative? Cheese didn't work at all and this camera-app is
fine until I press the red button then get the same error as above.

Same issue with a btrfs partition, eg. mounted at ~/Videos with mount
options 'subvol=@videos'. If I delete a file it doesn't appear in the
Trash, but is moved to ~/Videos/.Trash-1000. This folder has to be
manually removed because 'Empty Trash' doesn't work.

I notice changes after reinstalling the intel driver. The name of my

Yeah, checking android this is actually an expected behavior (the phone
will not suspend anyway because of a wakelock).
The question I had initially was actually regarding the proximity
sensor, and how would that work when an app decides to use it without
any general suspend blocker. Not sure if
More investigation - significant improvement after rediscovering the
external screen. Still have rather high compliz cpu usage with the
external screen connected. I will update when I have more.

I can no longer justify this, since I am not using pcre and it isn't
clear why this file would be wanted outside of the complete pcre source.
I was just trying to get a project to compile that depended on pcre, and
this file happens to be treated as an include file.
