I've now also asked on #ubuntu-kernel if CONFIG_ARM64_VA_BITS=48 is here
to stay for the 4.4 kernel or not, pointing to this bug. It sounds like
no-one is currently considering going back to the 4.2 kernel on the
arm64 builders at least.

devices, location services always failed in the apps of
scopes(today/nearby)/Maps(Here/uNav)Weather/Clock which are already
granted location access, reboot will get it work sometimes.

On production machine which most probably using php5-fpm + event or worker
Apache2 MPM, this bug forcefully reinstall libapache2-mod-php5 after
(unattended = minor) PHP5 update.
The direct effect of this is reinstalling mpm_prefork !
Simply stated: unattended-upgrades breaks LAMP installation
Marking this bug fix released as all the bits we wanted done here have
been done.
We still have a separate bug open for the dependency on squashfuse and
its SRU to xenial.

Wireshark's captures show that IPv4 resolvers are preferred to IPv6 resolvers.
It also show the local machine sometimes directly contacting the root server's,
that's weird.
