Yes, lxc-net is called lxc-net in all init systems where the job exists
(syv, upstart, systemd)
Both lxc-net and network-manager need to be restarted (unless network-
manager is smart and uses inotify to look for updates).
I don't believe containers would need to be restarted.

Well I guess I "fixed" this bug by myself now. I've done the most stupid
thing possible and installed unity-7.3.2 from the vivid repository on a
trusty installation. Its a miracle that the system is not broken, but
now Onboard works with the Dashboard again. :D

Since upgrading from version 14.10 to Kubuntu 15.04, my system does not
boot normally any more.
Maybe it's only a stupid oversight on my part, but not being a systemd
pro, I'm currently at a loss of how to debug this any further.

ondra and I have been hammering away at this, but progress is painfully
slow given that:
a) the problem is not seen on every boot.
b) we can only view the end of kmsg log.
c) rebuild times are relatively slow.

@laney: Oh, now I see my confusion.
I could not find my commit on "bzr log", but I just noticed that it
actually has a merge you did there. I'm more used to git, where a merge
will display the merged commits on the log, and after not finding mine,
I thought it went to the trash.
