Posting to reporting I have exactly the same issue having recently
upgraded from 18.04.5 LTS to 20.04.1 LTS. Incidentally, I had previously
upgraded from 16.04 LTS too.
Any guidance how to remove the duplicate execution?

Now that we have the 5.8 kernel in HWE for focal, all my servers are
hitting this, both on metal and in containers. This causes things like
"systemctl show" to show an error as well as partial data.
It really feels like this should have been fixed before the rollout of
the 5.8 kernel through HWE..
Having the same issue, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS kernel 5.4.0-58-generic. Happens
with a Onlyoffice document server. As a workaround, I scheduled daily
service restart. Here is teh kern.log about.

Hi Brian, yes it works but in the installer it should have that option,
so that when installing ubuntu for the first time for example, the user
can stop reports from the beginning.
