[Touch-packages] [Bug 1542002] Re: [browser] opening multiple tabs causing major system slowdown or crash
Couldn't reproduce it with recent frieza image even with opening 10 tabs from browser. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1542094] Re: [camera] LED & Flash toggles are shown even when no LED or Flash present on hardware
Frieza cam doesn't have hw flash as commented earlier, meanwhile Frieza cam hal was hard coded to return 1 (has hw flash) which is apparently needed to be fixed. Just for double check, whatever cam hal returns "has" or "doesn't has", cam ui has flash icon for main, while doesn't have it for front cam, respectively. When Frieza cam hal got flash request, it just wrote log as below; D/flash_mgr_m.cpp( 1130): flash_mgr_m.cpp isNeedFiringFlash() XO OO If fixed; D/flash_mgr_m.cpp( 1175): flash_mgr_m.cpp isNeedFiringFlash() No flash hw -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to camera-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1542094 Title: [camera] LED & Flash toggles are shown even when no LED or Flash present on hardware Status in The Avila project: Confirmed Status in Canonical System Image: Confirmed Status in android package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: could be Freiza specific. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1461682] Re: [MX4] LED does not notify for incoming notifications
Currently MX4 didn't seem to implement all notifications listed #2, otherwise only uses a few of locally defined led notifications. If we need to support all notifications, we could support them simply as #10 but it might be combinations of brightness blinking mainly because it only has a white led and blinking itself is pre-defined by kernel (user can only enable/disable it). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to indicator-messages in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1461682 Title: [MX4] LED does not notify for incoming notifications Status in the base for Ubuntu mobile products: Confirmed Status in indicator-messages package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in qtubuntu package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Image r12 The notification LED on the device does not blink when a new SMS arrives. @bfiller I couldn't reproduce it from arale, please check again with arale if the bug below is what you've seen. https://bugs.launchpad.net/tangxi/+bug/1446069 For mako, flash turned on all the time(when forced flash ON) but the image was darker than the pic without flash, and when it got normal pic I could see this log often (seems more like post image processing) https://pastebin.canonical.com/131577/ Need to dive into mako code but when I touch the screen to make af work with flash in advance, then I could get normal pic all the time.
