Install drivers from http://support.brother.com/g/s/id/linux/en/download_prn.html#DCP-197C (both lpr and cupswrapper are required) 2. Try to print a document with multiple pages 3. Document is output in wrong order (last page prints last instead of first, so you have to rearrange the printed document by hand) 4. Run system-config-printer and change 'Reverse Printing' to 'On' in printer options 5. Do a test print to find this has no effect 6. In 'Job options', click 'More' under common options and change 'Output order' to 'Reverse' 7. Do a test print to find this has no effect The only workaround I have found, which was really not obvious at all, was to edit /etc/cups/printers.conf, and add Option outputorder normal before the closing tag of the relevant printer. I have only tested this under DCP197C but I expect similar printers in the series (including DCP195C) would also suffer from this problem.
