A simple debug indeed enables debugging for everything. If you want
only systemd debugging, use systemd.log_level=debug, if you want only
kernel debugging, use loglevel=debug. See

Ignore this patch for now, as it probably needs work to also correct
documentation. In addition there needs to be additional discussion as
this deviates from upstream.
As a workaround, one can use 'loglevel=9' on the cmdline instead of
'debug' to achieve similar results without needing a patched
