fixed the file_lock denials and made the containers boot again.

It looks like you have some invalid configuration parameters in your
/etc/ssh/ssh_config file since the upgrade encountered an error when
trying to restart sshd (from your attached DpkgTerminalLog.txt):

Actually, I couldn't even download it, but, I think this might be my
computer out of disk for it.
I also have a Windows installed on it, but it is an notebook with 4 of RAM
and an jntel I3, so I prefer using Linux on it. Much faster, well done

I have this bug on 18.04 with alt+left.
After executing the dumpkeys/loadkeys workaround, then alt+left stops
doing strange things but now, alt+F4 drops me to console 4 which is even
worse.

If https://wiki.debian.org/UsrMerge is what we follow here then the libvirt
rules for:
/sbin/* PUx and /bin/* PUx are ok, they already have /usr/bin/* and
/usr/sbin/* present.
(part of a very lenient profile I know)
They are also not part of the Ubuntu Delta, so we can leave those rules as-is.
