The console output mentions GDK is unable to create a GL context and is
falling back to glReadPixels. And that's exactly what the corruption
looks like -- an incorrect stride or pixel format with glReadPixels.

Seeing from the logs that you posted, I can see:
"Not replacing deleted config file /etc/ssh/sshd_config"
...which essentially means that you might have tried to remove the
/etc/ssh/sshd_config manually

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. It sounds like some part of the system has crashed. To
help us find the cause of the crash please follow these steps:
1. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
Then tell

system shows black screen after cold boot / warm boot.
[Steps to reproduce]
1) power off system
2) power on system
[Actual result]
system shows black screen after boot
system can login after switch text-mode to tty3 (pressing Ctrl+Alt+F3) then
switch back tty1.
Unfortunately the backtrace in Xorg logs can't be trusted. It's usually
wrong because of the lack of debug symbols. Also I can't find any other
reports of crashes that look like this one. So...
