Please consider backporting for Focal (20.04) at least. The backport is
trivial and applies cleanly as-is except for patch offsets.
Might be wise to test some other combinations though. For example hosts
without this commit, running nspawn containers with it.

issue from a fresh install on the Raspberry, and attempting a simple ssh
login instead of a git clone? Something on these lines:

I don't really know what's going on with the agent, I just assumed it
crashes. I found out that the agent stops working only when the
repository is cloned, when connected to the server by key, it works
well. The problem concerns only the arm platform, because I don’t see
this on x86_64.
